If you follow my Instagram, you've probably seen that I've been redecorating my house since I moved in over 2 years ago. It feels like a never ending process (can you imagine how long it would take if I had more than 2 bedrooms?) but luckily I'm really enjoying it. I'm almost done with my bedroom and have my eyes set on the family room next. Since this is the focal point of the house, it will be quite the project. I'll probably be done in another 5 years:) Below are some past and future ... View the Post
Finding a New, Happy You
New Priority #1 (aka adventure crusher – jk Gracie (sort of)) Since I moved to California, a lot has happened. Thigh Dimples
As if leaving NYC to buy a home in the suburbs wasn’t going to be a big enough challenge for me, I made the crazy decision to throw on a few major renovations during my first year as a homeowner. It all started when I noticed some weird dents in my thighs (I kid you not) and my sister mentioned that it may be because my bathroom vanities were so low. After giving her some serious side eye for making such an insane comment, I secretly decided I’d start standing on my tippy toes to do my makeup ... View the Post
Joy in the Unexpected
“Why on earth would a single girl like you move from New York City to the suburbs of California?” is the question I get most often. The real reason is those 2 little people in this picture (my niece and nephew) but let me tell you, even with those adorable faces willing me to move west, such a crazy decision was not made lightly. In fact, it took years of consideration, leaving my old consulting company to form my own, building a portfolio of clients I knew I could service anywhere, and ... View the Post
